Frontier labs and agent platforms

I work on the systems around a capable model: tool discovery, permissions, and action verification. I also work out how errors are contained and who is notified. Hospitals, banks and regulated companies need those controls before they let software act on its own.

Healthcare AI product leadership

The companies I’m looking for have a model that works and an unsettled question about where it sits in clinical work: what a clinician will trust, what a hospital can implement, and where the line falls between human review and automation. Most of what I have shipped went into that setting.

When I’m the right hire

  • Before the product category has a name, when nobody can point at a competitor to explain what you are building.
  • When hospital IT, security and clinical review have to be built into the product instead of worked around.
  • When an AI agent is about to act on its own and nobody has decided what it is allowed to do.
  • When a working prototype has to become a business, or the team finds it built the wrong thing.
